Credit and Collections Analyst

Summary

Join Twilio as our next Credit & Collection Analyst in Mexico! This remote role, based in Mexico City or Guadalajara, involves managing the Order to Cash cycle, focusing on daily collections, accounting, customer account reconciliation, and bad debt analysis. You will contact clients regarding overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, respond to customer inquiries, and strive to meet monthly cash targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of collections experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at data reconciliation, and demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

• You should have minimum of 3 plus years of Collections experience
• You are someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment and can easily shift between the details and the “big picture”
• You love data and reconciliations and you are comfortable with working with targets
• Best in class customer service is your priorities, so you have strong communication and negotiation skills
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

Third level qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline - or- relevant experience
