Requirements

• Consolidated knowledge of the resolutions of the Central Bank of Brazil and laws applicable to Financial Institutions and Payment Institutions
• Knowledge of the credit cycle (PF, PJ), credit risk, modeling, and PDD
• Innovative profile, problem-solving, negotiator, and influencer
• Knowledge of data manipulation and programming tools, preferably SQL
• Knowledge and experience in developing Data Science models
• Good communication, proactivity, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Define and implement methodologies for credit risk management, in accordance with the resolutions of the Central Bank of Brazil
• Monitor credit risk appetite, suggesting corrections when necessary
• Act as a consultant for all internal audiences, proposing improvements for credit risk management
• Prepare executive reports
• Attend internal, external, and regulatory audits
• Develop internal documentation for the area, such as policies and manuals
• Ensure alignment between First and Second Line areas, guaranteeing sustainable and secure growth of the Credit Portfolio
