Requirements
- Experience operating as part of a Marketing team, with events lead skills (SaaS experience would be a plus but not essential)
- Comfortable with learning and onboarding new tools
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage a variety of engaging and impactful events, including owned and third-party events (virtual, hybrid, and on-site)
- Manage and track the assigned budget diligently
- Oversee all event logistics, such as coordinating speakers, managing suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution on the event day
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise event impact and align with business objectives
- Work closely with Content teams on event themes, speaker content that aligns with business objectives while being on trend for digital customer experience
- Work closely with sales, partnerships, product and customer teams to create and deliver an effective event strategy that drives pipeline and new client acquisition
- Partner with design, content, and video teams to produce promotional materials such as emails, landing pages, social posts, and videos
- Work with our Campaigns and Content Specialist to create multi-channel promotional efforts to drive event registrations and attendance through email, social media, and other marketing channels
- Write and proof-read creative content for campaigns while providing promotional packs for sales to invite prospects and clients
- Monitor and report on the performance of events and campaigns to ensure ROI and identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with either Marketo or Salesforce is a plus
- Virtual event experience such as Bizzabo and Zoom Webinars are a plus
