Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot and Apollo.io
• Proven track record of CRM setup, customization, and optimization
• Familiarity with marketing/sales workflows, sequences, and lead management
• Ability to troubleshoot and configure reporting and dashboard functionalities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a short timeframe
• 10-hour minimum commitment
• This is a one-time setup project (not ongoing maintenance)
• Must be available for a collaborative session to walk through final setup

Responsibilities

• Audit and configure HubSpot CRM settings to ensure optimal performance and usability
• Verify and set up reporting dashboards and ensure accurate report generation
• Assist with integration and configuration of Apollo.io as a lead/data management tool
• Set up or review existing workflows, data flows, and sequences within HubSpot
• Ensure the live chat/agent feature is properly functioning and integrated on the website
• Provide guidance during a setup session (estimated 1–2 hours) with internal team members
• Deliver a summary report of actions taken and suggestions for future maintenance
