Join our team as a tech-savvy HubSpot CRM & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring it's well-organized, automated, and insight-driven. You will also run outbound lead generation campaigns across email and LinkedIn. This hybrid role blends CRM management and manual lead generation, requiring close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to convert prospects into clients. Success in this role means a clean sales pipeline with a steady flow of warm leads, clean contact lists for targeted marketing campaigns, reduced manual work through automation, and measurable, scalable lead generation aligned with company growth goals. You'll need at least two years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience and proven success running outbound campaigns. The position offers a flexible, remote-first setup and the chance to shape both the tech and outreach aspects of customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Sales & Marketing Hub)
- Proven ability to run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Solid understanding of B2B sales pipelines, CRM workflows, and lead scoring
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and list-building tools
- Excellent written communication—clear, concise, and conversion-focused
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in managing multiple workflows
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment
- Strong attention to process hygiene and detail
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, lifecycle stages, and workflows
- Build and maintain email sequences, newsletters, CTAs, and landing pages
- Segment, score, and tag leads based on behavior and fit
- Create performance dashboards and reports for sales and marketing teams
- Keep contact records clean and organized, removing duplicates and applying accurate tagging
- Build high-quality B2B lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or Clay
- Launch and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Track outreach results and responses inside HubSpot
- Collaborate with Sales team to handoff qualified leads or book calls
- Continuously optimize targeting and outreach copy based on performance
