Responsibilities
- Create, build, test, execute, analyse, and refine the development of sales sequences using Outreach
- Work closely with sales/marketing to create new sequences, test and iterate, and report on sequence performance
- Understand our data and how itβs integrated into our MarTech stack to aid building out segmented sequences
- Understand sales cycles and how to move prospects along from an MQL>SQL
- Understand the difference between marketing messaging and sales messaging
- Assist with reporting and optimization of existing campaigns and programs, communicating the value of campaigns and programs to wider teams across the business
- Create relevant content for email, translating technical information into easily understood human language that our prospects understand and respond to
- Work closely with the marketing and sales enablement team to include relevant case studies, content and whitepapers that will support our SDRs in gaining a prospects attention
- Assist with reporting & optimisation of existing sequences being able to communicate the value of sequences across the business
- Stay on top of changes to the digital landscape, such as changes to SPAM acts, privacy, and best practices for email sends
