Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong background in CRM auditing, marketing automation, lead scoring, and workflow management
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM system best practices and the ability to diagnose and resolve system inefficiencies
  • Expertise in developing and refining lead scoring models and segmentation strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of clients' CRM systems to assess current workflows, data integrity, automation strategies, and lead scoring models
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Design, implement, and refine automation strategies across various CRM platforms to enhance lead nurturing, customer retention, and campaign performance
  • Develop and optimize lead scoring models to prioritize high-potential leads, ensuring seamless transition from lead to customer
  • Build and optimize workflows based on customer behavior and insights, ensuring marketing actions are triggered at the right moments to maximize engagement
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Continuously improve system performance for better efficiency
  • Track and report on CRM performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing automation effectiveness
  • Leverage insights to refine processes and optimize strategies
  • Address any CRM issues or challenges, providing swift, effective solutions that maintain system integrity
