Requirements
- Skilled with email marketing and lead management: behavioural and lifecycle management
- Strong technical knowledge of marketing tools and utilizing it for marketing campaigns and reporting
- Experience and highly skilled with Marketing CRM tools, Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience in marketing automation and love for mapping customer journeys
- Understand and identify target audiences through segmentation and campaign performance
- Enjoys working cross-functionally

- Fluent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including strategy development, marketing team briefing, target audience creation, campaign deployment, and results measurement
- Lead and become the expert in email marketing campaigns and nurtures, ensuring effective communication without overwhelming recipients
- Oversee the lifecycle strategy across Remoteβs product offering (e.g., user journey, in-product touchpoints, user behaviour)
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Brand, and other business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Planning and executing marketing campaign strategies, leveraging tools and insights to accelerate the impact of lifecycle initiatives on user engagement and monetization
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Operations Managers to implement and drive user adoption of new marketing operations tools, including event management and marketing automation platforms
- Creating a solid process to simplify technical setup for recurring marketing campaign activities
- Improve and implement new programs such as referral programs and customer review growth
- Oversee list growth by optimizing marketing channels to capture new contacts effectively
- Build a sophisticated approach to customer/employee retention through research, and marketing campaigns to reduce churn
- Keep up-to-date with trends, tools, and developments in the industry, ensuring Remote stays ahead of the game in our strategy to engage and grow our customer database
