Requirements

  • Experience in services and platforms administration, configuration and development
  • Experience in collaboration with end users of systems and services, providing technical support and users training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reducing support requests and optimizing tools
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to technical challenges, learning new services and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Salesforce, Intercom, PandaDoc and other CRM platforms, focusing on reducing the volume of support requests and stability
  • Configure services to achieve business objectives and KPIs
  • Monitor and evaluate services performance through regular regression testing, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively
  • Analyze and design optimal business processes, integrating CRM platforms to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and agree on project requirements
  • Develop technical solutions based on defined requirements, including testing plans and test execution
  • Prepare and conduct solution demonstrations, ensuring stakeholders involvement in reviewing the proposed changes. Incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement
  • Create documentation and training materials to support users and internal teams
  • Maintain and enhance the knowledge base

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM platforms administrations skills (Salesforce preferred), including reports generation, campaigns development. Salesforce Administrator certificate is a plus
  • Omni-channel platforms configuration skills (Intercom preferred), including automations development, settings configuration, team performance monitoring
  • ESigning solutions configuration skills (PandaDoc preferred), including configuration, integrations developments, reports creation
  • Knowledge of automation solutions (Zapier preferred) for integrations and automations development
  • Familiarity with BI visualisation tools (Tableau preferred) for defining requirements and validate outputs for reporting and analytics
  • Experience with prompt engineering and generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-text and text-to-video applications)
  • Habit of independent research (proactive β€œgoogling”) and leverage vendor technical support to resolve issues and improve system functionality
