Summary

Join Hostinger's marketing team as a CRO specialist and contribute to the optimization of Hostinger's website and the exploration of new opportunities. Collaborate with various teams to analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and drive data-informed decisions to improve conversion rates. You will research user needs, apply CRO techniques, and report findings to stakeholders. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRO, ideally in a tech-driven marketing environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics and data interpretation
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and user psychology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within the team, manage multiple projects, and drive results

Responsibilities

• Optimize Conversion Funnels analyzing user behavior to pinpoint and eliminate conversion bottlenecks, driving increased sales and engagement
• Generate hypotheses, set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests on Hostinger's Website
• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Monitor and interpret performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and data teams to improve conversion rates
• Research user needs and pain points, conduct usability testing to improve user experience
• Apply the latest CRO techniques to stay ahead of industry trends
• Prioritize testing opportunities based on potential impact
• Report findings, present insights and next steps to internal teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with performance marketing and paid ads
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to propose and execute test ideas
