Summary

Join our rapidly growing team at Career.IO as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, responsible for converting users of Resume.io and Career.Io to long term subscriptions. As the CRO Specialist you will own the day-to-day management of tests to improve how we get customers to improve our acquisition funnel, understand touchpoints and convert them in using our career tools.

Requirements

  • A/B and multivariate testing experience
  • Strong understanding of Data Analytics Principles and Practice
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated
  • A combination of skills related to Product, Project Management, and Marketing
  • 3-5 years experience

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing complex data, providing results of individual tests and revising and refining experiments as needed
  • Strong understanding and tracking of metrics related to Conversion rate, Revenue per user, and Lifetime value
  • Understand marketing from different channels like SEO, SEA, EMAIL etc to improve our acquisition funnel
  • Understand modern tactics of improving website conversion from homepage to sign up to payment. Understand how user experience and website elements interact with each other and how to optimize that
  • Work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders, in multiple departments (Marketing, Tech, Email Marketing) and disciplines (Designers, Copywriters, Email)
  • An obsession with consumer engagement for long term relationships
  • Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects
  • Participate in weekly strategic brainstorming sessions per the testing roadmap
  • Engage 600K users a month to get them to use our product and work to convert to a long term subscription

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with a testing platform such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize, bonus points for experience with the platform we use, Kameleoon
  • Experience with Mixpanel
  • Advertising experience
