  • Skilled in communicating complex insights in clear, data-driven narratives
  • Active participant in CRO thought leadership, conferences, and networking events, staying well-informed on innovations and best practices in CRO and digital optimization

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in shaping and executing high-impact strategies to enhance website conversion rates
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team, collaborating with both clients and internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive measurable improvements in conversion rates across diverse digital marketing channels
  • Leverage advanced analytical tools and methodologies to continuously refine processes and ensure best-in-class performance for each client
  • Design and implement CRO strategies for diverse clients, tailoring initiatives to drive results aligned with their business goals
  • Oversee end-to-end experimentation, from research and planning to execution and analysis, ensuring each stage aligns with client objectives
  • Serve as a strategic partner, providing advanced guidance on CRO methodologies and tools, particularly for clients new to CRO
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing on key digital assets, working closely with UX, UI, content strategists, and developers to enhance conversion
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights, presenting findings in visually compelling decks for clients and teams
  • Collaborate with Creative Operations and Business Strategy teams to identify CRO opportunities and contribute to client pitches

Benefits

  • $95,000 - $120,000/year Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
