Cross Border Operations Development Professional in Turkey

Summary

The job is for a role in Trendyol Express, a customer-oriented delivery platform. The employee will create new operational processes, analyze pain points, and improve KPIs. They require a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities (preferably engineering major), at least 2 years of experience in development related departments, proficiency in MS Office applications, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, good teamwork, communication skills, and fluency in English. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (preferably engineering major)
• Min 2 years of experience in development related departments
• Passion for international operations and business development
• Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge, BigQuery & Sql is a plus)
• Eager to learn, result-oriented, having analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Positive, active and energetic
• Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

Responsibilities

• Create new & improve operational processes by analyzing new markets and operational KPIs
• Identify and analyze pain points, root causes and develop preventive actions & alarms to prevent stable flows
• Analyze customer, seller, cargo related complaints, define pain points and take actions with a collaborative approach
• Analyze new international markets & their needs and adjust as-is flows according to market needs
• Regular review of operations KPI's and finding improvement areas, taking necessary actions
• Being interested in working with different departments and partners to actively improve operational processes & contribute to company strategy and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

International E-commerce knowledge is a plus
