Join Aeris, a leading cellular IoT company, as the Head of CSP Ecosystem Partnerships. This highly strategic role involves expanding and deepening Aeris's global Carrier Service Provider (CSP) ecosystem. You will lead the relationship strategy, commercial negotiations, and integration coordination with Tier 1 mobile operators and non-traditional CSPs. This critical leadership position requires cross-functional collaboration with business development, product management, sales, and engineering teams to significantly scale the CSP partner network. You will develop and execute a global CSP engagement and growth strategy, manage relationships with CSP partners, and ensure value creation for both Aeris and its partners. The role also includes onboarding and technical coordination, program management, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, carrier partnerships, or ecosystem development within the telecommunications, IoT, or networking sectors
  • Deep understanding of the CSP landscape, including mobile operators, satellite providers, and emerging private cellular networks
  • Proven track record in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements with Tier 1 global CSPs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and go-to-market teams
  • Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to drive complex partner initiatives to execution
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global CSP engagement and growth strategy, with a focus on expanding Aerisโ€™s reach through Tier 1 MNOs, MVNOs, satellite providers, and private cellular network operators
  • Lead proactive outreach campaigns to identify, prioritize, and recruit high-value CSP partners into the Aeris ecosystem
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for new CSP partners
  • Drive commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and long-term alignment with CSP business models and network offerings
  • Ensure value creation for both Aeris and its CSP partners through mutually beneficial commercial constructs
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to coordinate partner onboarding, including requirements gathering, technical integration, and ongoing alignment with product roadmaps
  • Act as the internal advocate for CSP partners, ensuring their technical and operational needs are met
  • Establish scalable partner management processes and tools to ensure effective onboarding, support, and performance monitoring
  • Track key partnership metrics and regularly report on program impact, growth, and strategic contribution to the business
