The job is for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (German/English) with a 3-month project contract. • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and support via phone, email, and chat in both German and English
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions promptly and effectively
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, and technical issues
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
