Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role within a scaling company, preferably with a deeply technical product
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentorship skills, with a track record of managing and scaling technical teams
• Comfortable with public speaking and experienced in presenting to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, AI/ML and other relevant technologies

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering, research and development, and IT teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that align with our business needs and market demands
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, drive initiatives and ensure technology investments align with business objectives
• Ensure Zyte’s systems deliver excellent performance when collecting data from changing websites and under increasing customer workloads
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively internally and externally and represent the company as a thought leader
