Requirements

• Be a passionate and driven student or recent graduate
• Have a personal computer and access to consistent high-speed internet during working hours

Responsibilities

• Learn about OpenSesame's catalog and its course offerings
• Help with tasks like evaluating courses, updating content, and analyzing customer feedback
• Assist with improving internal resources and responding to customer curation requests
• Continue supporting course evaluation and quality improvements
• Serve as a go-to resource for catalog-related queries
• Take ownership of a project to enhance course quality and improve recommendation processes
• Collaborate with other interns on a group-led project that will have a real impact
