Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in curriculum writing & development
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Experience in physical and digital learning environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Innovative mindset with a passion for enhancing early childhood education

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine engaging curriculum content for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Ensure that curriculum aligns with relevant educational standards to support business growth and enhance educational impact
• Stay informed about the latest research, educational trends, and best practices in early childhood education
• Design digital lesson plans and instructional materials for online teacher training
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for integrating the curriculum into innovative digital experiences
