Requirements

  • Associates degree; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 - 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a documented history of success
  • Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Skilled in customer service focus to include assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction
  • Strong active listening and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player mindset with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within a company
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per year

Responsibilities

  • Work with current clients to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship in assigned accounts
  • Establish buying influences, budgets, and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts
  • Become a subject matter expert on TeamDynamix licensing models to provide both sales and customers assistance in licensing discussions
  • Connect with customers to scope out any consulting, implementation, or professional services engagements and work to ensure continued engagement and customer value realization
  • Work closely with Solutions Consultants to engage in product discovery calls and provide demos for expansion opportunities
  • Generate and develop new opportunities in assigned accounts through prospecting
