Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in an outbound sales environment, especially with a focus on commission-based or target-driven roles
  • High Energy & Drive: Thrive in a dynamic setting with the enthusiasm to pursue uncapped earning potential
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be resourceful in finding solutions and handling unique customer interactions with agility and creativity
  • Adaptability: The sales landscape at Jobber is constantly evolving. You should be comfortable with change and able to adapt to new strategies and systems
  • Passion for Technology: Share our excitement for mobile technology and the impact it can have on small businesses
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong and confident communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and consulting
  • CRM Proficiency: Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is crucial, with a preference for familiarity with Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dynamic funnel of existing customers, using Salesforce to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and products
  • Regularly connect with customers to provide tailored recommendations on how to better utilize Jobber’s offerings
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth through a high-energy approach to selling in a fast-paced environment with a relatively short sales cycle
  • Work closely with multiple departments to communicate customer feedback, contributing to the development of initiatives, products, and campaigns
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce for accurate follow-up and analytics, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and accessible
