Requirements

  • Fluency in German and professional English skills
  • Experience selling a technical product and a desire to join a high-growth startup
  • 2+ years of closing experience
  • Understanding of the software developer lifecycle and ability to articulate how a developer tooling product might fit in
  • Experience identifying target accounts that would be a good fit and generating a pipeline through outbound activity
  • Experience working within both short and long sales cycles
  • Self-motivation and determination
  • Collaborative work ethic and passion for being part of a high-achieving sales team
  • Resilience: view mistakes and failures as learning opportunities and value feedback

Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end post-sales customer journey
  • Focusing on the territory's customer base
  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for new customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage, fast-growth startups, especially in developer tooling
  • Multilingual skills, especially in French or Dutch
  • Strong networking abilities
