Requirements
- 3β5+ years of experience in Billing & Reconciliation (preferably in the telecommunications industry)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (including formulas for data analysis)
- Experience using cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., Xero)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage customer accounts within CRM and billing systems
- Set up service profiles, tariffs, contract dates, and direct debit information
- Process manual payments and handle account-related enquiries through CRM ticketing
- Monitor credit card expirations and send payment reminders or notifications of failed payments
- Prepare and validate billing runs to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor accounts, cash receipts, and product-level transactions
- Generate activity and reconciliation reports as needed for internal team meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements in the accounts process and build scalable systems
