Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years in consultative sales, customer advisory, or product education – across industries like insurance, automotive, retail, or tech (dealership background welcome but not required)
• A customer-first mindset – you're more of a guide than a closer
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Proven ability to build trust , explain product value, and make the complex feel simple
• A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a consultative sales or advisory environment
• Confidence using digital tools, CRM platforms, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• A self-starter who thrives working remotely and independently

Responsibilities

• Support buyers during their purchase, helping them protect and enhance their vehicle ownership journey
• Connect with customers via email, phone, and chat, guiding them through optional protection products like extended warranties, servicing plans, tinting, dashcams, paint protection, and more
• Help customers understand their risks, needs, and ownership goals — and recommending the right options with empathy and timing
• Play a key role in making their purchase experience feel trusted, personal, and complete
