Summary
Join Enterra Solutions as a Vice President/Senior Vice President of Professional Services to build, scale, and lead the professional services practice. This pivotal role involves shaping and activating the client engagement and implementation process for trade promotion management (TPM), ensuring high-impact solutions and long-term client success. You will build and lead a high-performing team, serve as an executive sponsor and strategic advisor for clients, define and implement methodologies for activating solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, advising clients on best practices, and educating them on the Enterra technology platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, enterprise software, or professional services, with expertise in trade promotion management and the CPG industry. This is a remote position based in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic regions of the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in related field; or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting , enterprise software, and/or professional services roles
- Proven track record of leading complex technical client engagements throughout full customer lifecycle, particularly SaaS or analytics-driven transformations
- Proven experience working in client first environments with client empathy, value, and understanding and continuously driving client satisfaction
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling professional services teams and practices
- Executive-level written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: Ability to turn numbers into stories our clients can understand and rely on; ability to interpret data into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Build & Lead the Professional Services Function: Establish and scale a high-performing professional services function focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for Enterra’s clients in revenue growth optimization (RGO) across the CPG industry
- Client Engagement & Delivery: Serve as an executive sponsor and strategic advisor during client engagements. Ensure successful delivery of RGO implementations, seamless adoption, activation and value generation of Enterra’s full capabilities
- Solution Activation & Methodology Development: Define and implement repeatable methodologies and process engineering management for activating RGO solutions, from discovery and design to deployment and optimization
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering functions to ensure alignment with client needs and solution readiness
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs to measure client success, engagement performance, and service profitability. Continually optimize processes to improve scalability and effectiveness
- Industry & Client Advisory: Bring deep expertise in CPG and RGO to advise clients on best practices and serve as a thought leader internally and externally. Educate clients on the Enterra technology platform, Enterra’s business solutions, and client-specific findings
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally strong domain expertise in trade promotion management, revenue growth management, and/or demand and supply chain planning within the CPG industry
- Experience with AI, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms is a plus
- Ability to travel easily to client locations on the east coast (see Additional Information below)
