Remote Customer Support Representative

You will provide exceptional customer service via various channels, troubleshoot technical issues, answer user questions, and offer guidance on using the AI headshot generator. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with at least 3 years of customer service experience. Requirements

• College educated preferably
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and neutral accent
• Exceptional listening skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve customer issues calmly and effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work
• Must have a quiet, noise-free workspace suitable for taking calls
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including shifts from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern and occasional weekends
• Availability to start work ASAP (>1 week)
• Ability to remain positive and professional, even in challenging customer situations

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to our users via live chat, email, and review sites such as Google Reviews or Trustpilot
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the AI headshot generator platform
• Answer user questions about features, pricing, and billing
• Offer guidance and best practices for creating professional headshots with our AI technology
• Proactively identify and resolve user concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date on new features and product updates to effectively assist users
