Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of AU Financial Services experience
  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer account
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain meticulous records
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) are essentials

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound customer queries, providing clear and empathetic support
  • Conduct outbound contact to support account administration and customer inquiries
  • Create and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented
  • Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and privacy regulations in all customer interactions
  • Adapt to system enhancements and process changes as part of a dynamic environment
  • Proactively engage in continuous learning and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with novated leasing, accounts payable, and familiarity with accounting software, particularly Xero
