Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of AU Financial Services experience
- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
- Demonstrated experience managing customer account
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain meticulous records
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) are essentials
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound customer queries, providing clear and empathetic support
- Conduct outbound contact to support account administration and customer inquiries
- Create and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented
- Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and privacy regulations in all customer interactions
- Adapt to system enhancements and process changes as part of a dynamic environment
- Proactively engage in continuous learning and professional development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with novated leasing, accounts payable, and familiarity with accounting software, particularly Xero
