Requirements
- Native or near-native Danish speakers

- Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions
- Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers
- Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
