Summary

The job is for a Customer Care position at Finary, a fast-growing money management platform. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, enhancing the help center and internal knowledge base, working with Product to improve Finary, and improving processes to support growth while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Are native in French. with impeccable grammar & fluent in English
  • Have 3+ years in a customer support or customer care role in a fast-paced environment
  • Are a team player, humble, open to challenges, and like to help others grow
  • Like to take initiative and find creative solutions to challenges
  • Have an empathetic and serene state of mind, attentive to understanding customer's issues or concerns
  • Have good financial knowledge and are an investor yourself
  • Are based in Paris or elsewhere in France (remote)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Are comfortable with Intercom and Linear
  • Have experience in Fintech/SaaS companies
  • Have a basic understanding of API integrations
  • Are fluent in additional languages, which may help as we expand in new countries
