Customer Care Support Specialist

Summary

Join Intercept as a Support Specialist and leverage your cloud engineering, security, and automation skills to provide first-line support to customers. You will be the primary point of contact, troubleshooting issues related to cloud applications and infrastructure, including SSL certificates, license management, and access management. Collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Requirements

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience or possess the AZ-900 certification with at least 2 years of work experience
• Be fluent in Dutch with impeccable English (B2 level) both orally and in writing
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer support via phone, email, and the Service Management System
• Provide support to customers regarding cloud applications and infrastructure issues (e.g., SSL certificate renewals, license management, access management)
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve customer issues
• Triaging support tickets and prioritizing workloads
• Independently monitor, analyze, and handle first-line incidents
• Maintain an overview of pending calls and communicate regularly with stakeholders
