Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an outbound sales and customer service role
  • Possess prior experience in the iGaming/online casino industry
  • Have at least 6 months of voice/phone call center experience handling US-based accounts
  • Have at least 6 months of experience providing email and chat support for US-based accounts
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional email and chat etiquette
  • Show passion for customer satisfaction and delivering top-tier support
  • Possess strong technical aptitude and proficiency in using customer-facing software

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound communications with customers who have shown interest in our products and services
  • Convert potential customers into active members by providing a positive and seamless customer experience, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our companyโ€™s offerings to effectively convey their value, benefits, and unique features
  • Utilise live chat, emails, and follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction, foster engagement, and encourage long-term retention
  • Work closely with the Customer Service, CRM, Operations, and Marketing teams to share insights and improve customer conversion and engagement strategies
