Responsibilities

Be the Voice of Customer, Understand and analyze customer feedback from various sources (contacts, complaints, NPS results, social media comments, customer reviews, etc.), Investigate root cause of customer experience shortfalls, Initiate and manage projects to improve end to end customer journey, Bring actionable insights and find out experience gaps to improve customer experience, Follow best practices from all over the world and adapt relevant practices
