Summary

The job is for a Customs and Logistics Specialist at Trendyol International, responsible for managing import/export activities, collaborating with third-party logistics providers, providing guidance on customs laws and regulations, and resolving any customs-related issues. Requirements

• Extensive experience in customs management with in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with 3PLs and internal teams
• Strong relationships with customs operators and the capability to establish new ones
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in both the local language and English, with strong communication skills to clearly convey complex information
• Willingness to travel as needed and be available 24/7 to address customs-related issues

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all import/export processes for B2C and B2B shipments
• Act as the primary contact for customs-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to streamline customs processes and enhance productivity
• Provide guidance on customs laws and regulations to internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with customs operators and establish new connections as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficient customs management
• Resolve any customs-related issues that arise during transportation
