You will manage end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, track key metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance. You'll need 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in SaaS, and proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed and data driven
- 4+ years in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in SaaS
- Have a proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Hands on experience setting up marketing automations and workflows
- Experience with multivariate testing and be up-to-date with the latest best practices in marketing measurement
- Proficiency in reporting campaign effectiveness
- Willingness to take ownership
- Creative problem solver and critical thinker with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in numerical, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable explaining ideas, taking briefs, and participating in brainstorming sessions
- Efficient team player with the ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Growth mindset, eager to learn and contribute to company OKRs
- Organised and detail-oriented, strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Data-literate and confident in decision-making using a data-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing activities and initiatives to include, campaign development, asset creation, campaign execution and reporting
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products or services to existing customers and own the development and execution
- Track and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer growth initiatives
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimise performance
- Be a customer champion: Strive to build the best customer experience possible
- Stakeholder Management: Guide, influence and support business leaders; providing a regular cadence of updates
