Join Mindful Souls, a leading online spirituality store, as their Sales and Acquisition Manager. Collaborate closely with the Head of Business and supervise a digital marketing team. Develop and execute growth strategies to increase subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Optimize customer acquisition costs and conversion rates. Innovate new approaches for driving growth and monitor subscriber churn rates. Use analytics tools to track KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This fully remote role offers flexibility and autonomy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in the e-commerce brand or online store, preferably in a role responsible for a growth strategy and improving business performance
- Successful track record in increasing the company's revenue, CLTV, AOV and other metrics
- Documented experience in leading a small Growth or Sales Team
- Deep understanding of D2C sales business
- Practical knowledge of the US market and efficient online selling strategies for this region
- Ability to lead by example and take initiative in driving operations forward
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and Shopify platform. Proven skills to perform data analysis
- Good understanding of media buying, email marketing and CRO
- Tech-savviness and adaptability to swiftly embrace new technologies for optimised outcomes
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies with teams to increase subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and launch new initiatives β Quizzes/ listicles etc
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise customer acquisition costs (CAC) and improve the conversion rates
- Innovate new approaches for driving growth, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends
- Monitor subscriber churn rates and implement initiatives to improve customer lifetime value (CLTV)
- Use analytics tools to track KPIs like Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and churn rates
- Work closely with the following teams to align subscription strategies with business goals: CRO and Tech team to ensure seamless user experiences across all subscription touchpoints. Media Buying team to help in scaling subscriptions effectively while optimizing costs. Email team to design and implement campaigns across to drive subscription sign-ups, optimise campaigns for lead nurturing, onboarding, and upselling
