Customer Marketing Associate

Summary

Join Brightwheel's Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Associate and play a key role in owning campaigns to drive NPS, retention, and upsell. As the sole customer marketer on the team, you'll have an incredible opportunity to shape the customer marketing function and make an impact as we continue to scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing preferably at a high growth B2B SaaS company, or 4+ years of customer success experience at a high growth b2b SaaS company
• Demonstrated ability to nurture rock-solid relationships with customers; you are someone who has deep empathy for customers and you’re constantly advocating for them
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Scrappy, proactive team member who is highly collaborative and gets things done
• Mastery of at least one marketing/sales/product tool such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp, Intercom, Userpilot, or Pendo

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of new features and product improvements via the customer newsletter, in-app messages, email, and the Facebook community
• Build and publish email and in-app campaigns in HubSpot and Intercom; track performance and learnings for marketing leaders and cross-functional partners
• Maintain and expand our customer story library, providing videos, quotes, and case studies to support acquisition, activation, upsell and retention
• Build strong relationships with customers, turning them into champions and ambassadors
• Conduct testimonial interviews with the goal of capturing brightwheel’s measurable impact
