Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • General understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to analyze customer data and feedback to understand behaviors, preferences, and needs. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Work with the Demand Generation Manager as well as the Programs Manager to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns through digital channels aimed at customer expansion, retention, and loyalty. Collaborate cross-functionally with Seller Marketing and Account Management teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness
  • Partner with the brand team to develop engaging content tailored to customer segments, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials
  • Create and optimize customer journey maps to enhance engagement at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Work closely with brand, product marketing, and account management teams to align on customer needs and ensure a cohesive brand message
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Plan and execute customer-focused events and promotions with the Corporate Events Manager to drive engagement and community building
