Requirements
- Experience in one of the following areas: software implementation support, leading internal software implementation, or working in marketing, sales, customer success/service
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- A genuine commitment to customer success and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and sufficient English to read internal documents
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough interviews with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and organizational structures
- Provide support and guidance throughout the initial setup and operation of HubSpot
- Stay updated on new features and product updates, adapting your work accordingly
- Collaborate effectively with sales and customer success managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience using CRM or marketing automation tools, and/or consulting experience
- Understanding of APIs and system integration mechanisms
