Summary

Join Vercel's fast-growing Digital Success team as a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist. You will lead customer onboarding, providing product enablement and serving as the primary point of contact. You will utilize tools like Salesforce and Notion, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements

  • Experience working with tech SaaS companies, particularly in AI, crypto, or other software sectors
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a curious mindset and determination to succeed
  • Ability to deploy on Vercel and clearly explain the workflow
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding processes through welcome calls, check-in calls, and pre-launch calls while providing comprehensive product enablement
  • Apply technical expertise to discuss Next.js, Vercel, and related technologies
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and customer records
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, engaging with customers via email and video conferences
  • Help develop our Digital Success playbook under the Director of Digital Success's guidance
  • Use key tools including Salesforce, Notion, AI tooling (e.g., OpenAI, PerplexityAI, v0), Vercel, and Next.js
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Engineering teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and looking to transition to Customer Success (CS)
  • Have hands-on experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Enjoy taking difficult concepts and breaking them down into concepts that are easier to understand
