Requirements
- Experience in providing software implementation support
- Experience leading the implementation of software within your own organization
- Experience in marketing, sales, customer success, or service-related roles
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- A genuine commitment to customer success and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews to understand the business goals, challenges, and organizational structures of customers implementing HubSpot
- Provide support and guidance throughout the initial setup and operation of HubSpot
- Stay informed about new features and product updates, adapting your work accordingly
- Collaborate effectively with sales and customer success managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience using CRM or marketing automation tools, and/or consulting experience
- Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts
