Summary

Join Zigzag as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and work a fixed night shift (9 PM to 6 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday) from home! You will interact with customers, resolve their issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires at least 3 years of customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Google products. You'll collaborate with customers, gather feedback, and recommend potential products or services. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus. The client enables global brands to increase market share and engage customers worldwide.

Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of extensive Customer Support/Customer Service experience with excellent recommendation from previous employer
  • Have experience in Google products
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to communicate and adapt to various nationalities and business culture
  • Be able to interact with fortune 500 companies professionally
  • Possess Attention to Detail

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services
  • Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness
  • Communicate back to customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding the service in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure a positive Customer Experience
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Update internal databases with information about technical concerns and useful discussions with customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback, conduct customer surveys and share insights with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
