Summary
Join Zigzag as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and work a fixed night shift (9 PM to 6 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday) from home! You will interact with customers, resolve their issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires at least 3 years of customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Google products. You'll collaborate with customers, gather feedback, and recommend potential products or services. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus. The client enables global brands to increase market share and engage customers worldwide.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of extensive Customer Support/Customer Service experience with excellent recommendation from previous employer
- Have experience in Google products
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be able to communicate and adapt to various nationalities and business culture
- Be able to interact with fortune 500 companies professionally
- Possess Attention to Detail
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services
- Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness
- Communicate back to customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding the service in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure a positive Customer Experience
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customerβs complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Update internal databases with information about technical concerns and useful discussions with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback, conduct customer surveys and share insights with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
