Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or a related role, preferably in tech companies
- Strong analytical skills with SQL knowledge
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
- Knowledge of programming logic and ability to perform basic coding tasks
- Understanding of AI basics and experience with automation and machine learning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with user feedback analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Being flexible
- Problem solving skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget
- Utilize SQL and project management tools to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and content that enhance the customer experience and reflect user feedback
- Bring new ideas and solutions to the table, addressing challenges proactively and strategically
- Leverage automation and machine learning technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Propose user feedback loop to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer service, to share insights and drive initiatives
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures
- Develop comprehensive project plans specifying goals, timelines, resources, and budget requirements
