Summary

Floral Image North America seeks a highly motivated Customer Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves managing customer relationships, sales support, and business development. The position is full-time and based in Chicago, IL. It offers remote work with occasional travel in the Chicago area, and provides a company vehicle, computer, and cell phone.

Requirements

• Minimum High School/GED Degree
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques
• Utilize various channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale
• Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience
