Summary

Requirements

• Sales and Support Experience: Previous experience supporting a US-based team with both written work and calling, experience in a sales-based role is a great advantage
• Strong English Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to conduct phone calls in a neutral English accent
• Multi-Tasking Ability: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• High Emotional Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement: Answer incoming calls from leads, explain the services offered, and assist families in choosing the appropriate service
• Follow-Up Communication: Follow up with leads through text and email to provide additional information and support
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM and other digital tools to manage customer information and track interactions
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and compassionate answers to their questions
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate with crematory partners, transportation partners, and other vendors via text, email, and phone to ensure seamless service delivery
