Requirements

  • Be adept at handling diverse and complicated scenarios, acting as a competent and reliable guide
  • Manage numerous details with precision, adhere to regulations, and ensure all processes are completed without error
  • Bring 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles where you managed difficult or nuanced situations
  • Experience in crisis hotlines, social work, or related fields is also valuable

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from grieving families, offering empathetic support during their most challenging times
  • Handle inquiries regarding pricing and service arrangements, providing recommendations that enhance the end-of-life experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of the cremation process from start to finish, and clearly communicate these details to both prospective and current families
  • Maintain communication with prospective families through phone, text, and email to keep them informed and engaged with our offerings
