Customer Service Agent

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Client Orientation and Detail Orientation
• High level of commitment to the project once enrolled
• Autonomy to self organize your daily tasks
• Proficient level of English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Own computer and a good internet connection to work from home
• Availability to work on weekends (at least one day)
