As a night-shift Customer Service representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and social media, resolving incidents and ensuring high-quality communication. You will manage incoming calls and chats, provide accurate information using the right tools, handle complaints, and follow communication procedures. This role also involves parallel work for the Department of Operations. The position requires previous customer service experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable
- High English level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish and English
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily. All three are essential for resolving any incidents that arise on a daily basis
- Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats will be a critical aspect of this role to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- As the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
