Responsibilities

  • Process Trade Orders
  • Provide Customer Service; liaise with B2B and B2C customers, along with the warehouse
  • Support our Account Manager with sales inquiries and projects
  • Handle Shipment and Customs Enquiries
  • Manage our Online Sales Platforms (e.g., Faire Marketplace and Etsy); update prices, descriptions, photos, respond to customer messages, accept orders, and update shipping dates
  • Conduct Weekly Stock & Order Management
  • Perform Data Entry
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to marketing, including updating photos on our PR platform, Press Loft, and creating engaging newsletters with provided guidance

Benefits

  • Salary : Β£1,000 to Β£1,400 per month, depending on experience*
