Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage RMMRS (Residential Medication Management Reviews) processes
- Upload and maintain documents in Mederev Portal and SharePoint
- Encrypt and send documents to doctors
- Cross-check and file review details before claiming
- Ensure all GP (General Practitioners) and clinic responses are up to date
- Maintain and manage GP clinic contact and login details for the Mederev Portal
