Customer Service Representative

Summary

Join CPM International, a global leader in customer service, as a Customer Support Agent! You will provide exceptional multilingual support to customers of a leading hygiene, health, and nutrition company. This temporary, 20-hour/week position offers a hybrid or WFH work model and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

• Fluent in Italian with exceptional grammar and spelling
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding
• Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail
• A professional and proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues effectively

Responsibilities

• Act as a passionate advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers
• Deliver seamless and exceptional customer support across all channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
• Analyse customer issues, identify root causes, and proactively offer personalized solutions
• Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationships
