Requirements
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience; healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Background check & drug screening required
- A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
- Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
- USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
- Webcam (external or embedded)
- Full time . 40 hours per week schedule with overtime opportunities!
