Summary

Join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional service to customers worldwide. You will be responsible for collaborating with customers, providing product information, resolving queries, and offering personalized solutions. You will also support the omnichannel service by communicating with consumers via phone, email, and social media. This role requires fluency in German and English, a passion for customer service, excellent organizational skills, and a professional attitude. The position offers a temporary, part-time contract with a base salary, meal vouchers, commuting allowance, and a hybrid working model. Requirements

  • Fluent in the German Language: you’re confident communicating in German, both written and spoken
  • English Communication: you’ll be working with an international team, so you need to be comfortable in English too!
  • Customer Experience: a real passion for providing top-notch customer service in handling calls & emails, including challenging ones
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: attention to detail
  • Professional Attitude: to have a proactive approach to resolving any type of issue
  • Commitment: dedication and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Location & Eligibility: be eligible to work in Slovakia

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Customers: to provide product information and resolve queries efficiently and professionally
  • Empathising with Customers: analysing their issues and offering personalized solutions
  • Support our Omnichannel Service: by communicating with consumers in multiple ways, such as via phone (inbound calls), email & various social media channels
  • Be a Knowledge Expert: by developing a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our client
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: by representing our company & values

Benefits

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract: Temporary
  • Part-time: 20 hours per week
  • Working days/Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 5 pm or 10 am to 2 pm
  • Fully paid training (3 weeks) - training schedule from 9 am to 1 pm
  • Base salary of €729 per month in addition to
  • 6,60 €/day meal voucher (132€/month)
  • A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum)
  • Hybrid working model in an outstanding work location and facilities in our brand-new offices in Bratislava
  • Please note, that if you are living further away and can't commute daily, we may be able to offer a remote working option (subject to location and distance from our office)
